Ignition switch got stuck and l could not turn the key all the way back, so l was unable to remove the key. Dealership wanted $408.00 to replace the ignition cylinder, housing, new key, and 'reprogramming it' aka re-charge the battery (which 'it' did not need). l drive a Saturn Ion 2003. The car has 61 thousand miles - I've been told by many that this is a known issue with Saturn ignition swtiches. Is that true?
