l have a 1992 olds cutlass with the 3.1 and would like to burn up the starter can any one tell me how to do so

Start the engine & continue to hold the key in the start position. You will hear a great deal of grinding & abrasive noise, just hold it until it stops, & ur starter should be ready for immidiate replacement.

Or, if u live anywhere that gets to -40 C in the winter, start it 3 times a day without plugging in the block heater. Pushing oil at the thickness of cold maple syrup should over heat it & fry all of the components.

Oh, BWT, do u care much for ur flywheel? Sounds like u can wreck it pretty quick as well.

change the polarity and let it run backwards. this way the bendix wont kick out to turn the motor over and the motor will eventually burn it self up

on hook coil wire and keep cranking it over

DON'T HOLD THE KEY! You will destroy the flywheel. Pull the starter off and wire it to 24 volts. Or wire it to a battery and let'er spin.The Flywheel in your car is not cheap but the labor to put it in is EXPENSIVE!

Why in the hell do you want to burn up the starter?? Are you dumber than dirt?? Take it off and pour gasoline on it, then strike a match. Do not get too close. Idiot.
