In my 97 cadillac deville it says premium unleaded gas only. l would like to use regular with the gas prices like they.

this will not make any difference .car dealers like 2 think it will..the only difference is the premiun is a cleaner fuel(burning) otherwise regular will burn a lil heavier but will not hurt.adios..

Yes, it will run fine on regular. they put that label there to let you know what is better for the car, not what has to be in the car.

yes it wo not hurt but do not switch between premium and regular

Yes it should run just fine. If you start hearing knocking noises from the engine then you will need to step up to 89 or premium but you should be good to go with the 87 or 89.
