Yes it will!!! A 4.3 is nothing more then a 350 with 2 pistons chopped off.

it will bolt right up the 4.3 is a small block chevy with 2 cylinders cut off. the tranny will bolt up you just might have to change motor mounts, and a bigger radiator just in case. You will need to swap the computers, wiring all that stuff if you wanted to remain running the fuel injection on the engine.
