l drive a ‘04 GMC Canyon Crew cab, 3.5L in-line 5.l already have a 2.5'' ReadyLift front-ender on it, and I am looking at slapping a suspension (and eventually a body) lift on 'er.I've been shopping around for lift kits, and l come across a lot of lifts that are made for the 2wd canyon.l have a 2wd that comes equipped with the 4wd high and low settings.The question is...am l looking to purchase a 4wd kit or a 2wd kit? And if anyone had some cost saving suggestions, as to brand of lift, etc. that would work for my rig l would be very appreciative.Thanks in advance.

Your part time 4wd can be operated in 2Hi, 4Hi, and 4Lo.

You need a 4WD kit because you have a 4WD truck.

You need a 4x4 (4wd) lift kit.
l would go with rough country or skyjacker.
